PHILIP BRUMLEY BAD LAWYER?
In a recent court ruling the lead attorney for JWorg was sanctioned for his conduct. The sanctions amounted to $154,000 in attorney fees for a stupid motion that he filed. When the court determined the sanctions, it also had to determine if Brumley would have the right to appeal to stay paying the fees and thus further waste the courts time, the following legal precedent was cited:

This ruling cost The Worldwide Donation Fund $154,000! Sadly the victims got nothing due to the case being dismissed on technicalities, when there was no doubt as to what happened to the victims.
