Elder Cairns Exposes Himself at Mall?
Elder Cairns exposes himself at a Mall and was an elder in good standing at the time. Could it be there was only one eye witness? The information below shares some interesting insight on the extent of the crime as well as the possibility that Cairns may have been involved with the case of a victim of abuse. Victoria Boer won a lawsuit against Jehovah’s Witnesses but was cheated out of her settlement, if the statements below are true it would appear Elder Cairns may have either been related or directly involved in the case within the congregation.
Watchtower Losing Court Battles, Victims Gain Ground!
The Watchtower Society lawyers are losing ground in the court battles the evidence stands as a matter of record below. The key issue remains in the congregation files where thousands of child molester records remain unreported to police as well as how they were covered up. The rulings below are setting precedents that will allow victims to access their records through the courts and show negligence in dealing with the proper reporting of child abuse.

Do Jehovah’s Witnesses Protect Child Molesters?
This question has been debated by media, victims of child abuse, and Public spokesman for Jehovah’s Witnesses for the last six years. The media has shown the testimony from countless victims around the world that say the answer to that question is a resounding, YES! On the other hand we have JW lawyers and smooth talking JW PR representatives stating with measured tonality that this is an absurd allegation, they “abhor” child molesters, and would never protect a “known” child molester or ignore the testimony of “credible” eye witnesses. The reader might ask, “What is the truth of these matters?”

JW PR JR Brown Speaks about Cano in Interview With Media and Discusses Doctrine
Bethelite child molester?
J. Manuel Cano was a member of the Walkill Bethel Family for sixteen years. He was a Bethel Elder until the arrangement was discarded last year and simply remained an elder as were all elders at Bethel. He was a book Study Conductor and assisted in the Kingdom Ministry School in the Newburg Spanish Congregation. He was regarded as a very studious man and spiritual leader that was very active in the door to door work of Jehovah's Witnesses. Cano was arrested by police for passing out nude pictures of himself that were sexually suggestive to minors that included his telephone number. The enclosed news stories provide the details of the case.
A Brother Speaks Out
In 1965 a boy was molested by a ministerial servant in a congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses en route to an assembly, where the molester was due to give a talk at the convention. Repulsed, the boy was nevertheless forced to be around this molester in the years ahead in agonizing cruel ways. When the matter came up before the Service Dept. of the Watchtower in Brooklyn, and the elders in the local congregation, no reply was given, no apologies, no offer for counseling an abuse victim, just the warning that you "could be disfellowshipped for gossip." That in spite of the fact that the molester not only acknowledged his dirty deed to the young man later on, but that the other elders and Brooklyn had "taken care of the matter." The molester moved on to be a Special Pioneer and Elder in the boy's congregation. He remains an Elder in Jehovah's Spiritual Paradise to this day. No offers for help were ever given to the young man, who will remain anonymous as he is still a Jehovah's Witness and would be attacked by the organization to silence him as have many abuse survivors that have spoken out.
"MOVING FORWARD" The story that started it all
The breakdown of family life in the time of the end has taken a terrible toll on this generation. More and more of our brothers and sisters are facing the fact that their mental and emotional damage from growing up with family dysfunction and child abuse is deeper and longer lasting than they ever imagined. As they realize that their childhood experiences may not only have influenced but dictated the pattern of their adult lives, they begin to come to terms with issues of trust and intimacy that affect all of their relationships.
Judge dismisses indecency charge against church-goer
A Brownsville municipal judge dismissed an indecency charge against a 48-year-old man accused of fondling himself in a crowded church lobby, but police said they will refile charges.
Brownsville police booked Teodulo Perales into city jail on an indecency with a child by contact charge at 12:46 a.m. Sunday, according to jail records.
High Control Group exposed on Abuse
BERKELEY – Last spring, Daniel Roselle bought a UC Berkeley baseball cap. Despite teasing from his friends, he superstitiously refused to wear it until he knew he'd been accepted as a transfer student from Santa Monica Junior College. When at last his UC Berkeley welcome packet arrived, "I put on my hat and popped the cork on some champagne I'd saved in the fridge for this moment. I was just so happy," he recalls. "You have no idea how happy."
Pedophile Paradise – Why?
The story of Victori a Boer exposes how leadership of Jehovah’s Witnesses care little about victims of abuse. Vicki went to court to prove that the organization was negligent by pressuring her to not report her childhood abuse. Watchtower lawyers by their admission spent close to $160,000 in donated Worldwide Work funds for legal fees to see that she would never get one cent of compensation. Ultimately when the Judge ruled a cash settlement in her favour of $5,000 the JW legal team found a legal loophole to prevent one cent of that money going to her. BOB MCKEOWN: Good evening. I'm Bob McKeown. Welcome to "the fifth estate." Tonight... The crimes were horrifying, and worse, they were committed by people the victims trusted the most. But when they went looking for help, from their church, what they found there was worse than no help at all.
The Jehovah's Witnesses have a squeaky clean image. Preaching door to door. Recruiting converts to share in paradise to come. Most live up to that image. But as other churches have found, no faith is free from child molesters.
Press Release Silentlambs - July 2005
In a denial of appeal Friday July 15, a the Supreme Court of New Hampshire rendered a decision for Holley and Heather Berry that found Jehovah’s Witnesses not civilly liable of improperly handling abuse allegations within the church. The panel failed to recognize the mother, Sara Poisson, was held hostage by mind control as well as coercion to not report abuse of her daughters by church mandates. Mrs. Poisson was conditioned in an atmosphere the theology created to do exactly what the elders instructed her to do and threatened with death from God if she disobeyed.
Legal Loophole Used by Jehovah’s Witnesses to Avoid Moral Obligation
In various comments from different sources the case of Sara Poisson continues to unfold. Sara and her daughters Holly and Heather have been poster children for the abuse movement in helping to educate and protect children from physical and sexual assault. They have appeared in the USA , United Kingdom and Canada as well a numerous magazine and newspaper articles on their story of being silenced when abused in the Jehovah’s Witness organization.
Mind Control Research in Jehovah's Witness Publications
In the seven years (1983-1989) that Holly Berry was being abused by her father, the major Watch Tower publications (WT, Awake!, Kingdom Ministry, and all small books) mentioned the words, obey, obedience obedient, submissive 1041 times.
During those same years and in the same publications, the words, "discipline, reproof disfellowship, disfellowshipping, disfellowshipped" were mentioned 793 times.

Newspaper Articles - July 2005
In a split decision, the state Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by two sisters trying to sue their Jehovah's Witness congregation for not reporting abuse by their father even though church elders were told of it a dozen times. Dividing the court was the question of how much responsibility church leaders have toward their parishioners.
The Laws we need to pass to properly punish Child Abuse
Evidence at Michael Jackson's trial strongly indicated that he is a child molester. There was testimony that he plied children with liquor, showed them pornography, and invited them into his bed - all behaviors typical of a molester.
Yet, the jury did not convict Jackson - apparently largely because they believed the victim's mother was a gold-digger. The problem, however, is that there is every possibility that she was a gold-digger and the boy was abused.

GRAHAM DAVIS: They're called the silent lambs — silent because they've kept their s tori es to themselves for so long, lambs because as children they were meant to be protected from predators in the Christian flock, but weren't.
SIMON THOMAS: I was the little sheep that needed help — and I'm one of thousands, probably — and they didn't come back to look after me properly.
