Jehovah’s Witnesses Fight to Protect the Pedophile Paradise

June 2013 Rick Simmons replied to the appeal of the Jehovah’s Witnesses regarding the judgment against them in the Candace Conti trial. The document [read here] is quiet revealing regarding the basis and arguments of the appeal to the case launched by the Jehovah’s Witness legal staff. As you read the document you get a distinct impression about the religious legal team. This is of interest as in the years past it is a well known fact that lawyers for the JWs present themselves as being virtually invincible in the court. They give lectures to their members citing the Supreme Court rulings of the 1940’s as evidence of their legal prowess. In addition, they describe the fear of other attorneys and judges when they enter the court room and present this to their membership as something to be proud of.

Bill would end time limit on child sex charges

HARRISBURG — A group of state lawmakers announced plans Wednesday to reintroduce a bill that would remove the statute of limitations in cases of child sexual abuse.

Another bill would open a two-year window after a statute of limitations has expired for victims of child sex abuse to file civil lawsuits, said Reps. Mike McGeehan, D-173, and Louise Bishop, D-192.

The lawmakers have been frustrated that the Penn State/Jerry Sandusky and the Roman Catholic sex abuse scandals were not enough to move legislation out of committee last year.

“We at Silentlambs welcome all persons regardless of race, religious affiliation or lack of religious affiliation, culture, economic background, gender or disability. Silentlambs remains neutral on religious issues and seeks to break down barriers that lead to the segregation of abuse survivors from different faiths and backgrounds. “

No  Policy changes to Protect Children

If you read the '97 Watchtower cited below you are given the impression that a child molester who is “known” (that is, confessed) would never have “privileges” in the Congregation arrangement. Is that really the case? In a conversation with the Service Department it was plainly stated to me personally that a child molester could re-qualify again after a long period of time had passed. Was this a misstatement of Watchtower Policy? Read the form letter below sent out to congregations by the Legal Department in cases of “known” child molesters. Notice the paragraph at the end holds open the possibility of being used again after writing the Society first. So the question is who is lying, the Writing Department who wrote the '97 Watchtower, Service Department, or Legal Department? Either way you are being lied to.
